Ouverture de Yem'a Paris
Le premier Mai 2017, nous avons ouvert notre premier restaurant, situé au 41 rue Godot de Mauroy, le premier restaurant végétalien du quartier - Septembre
Un nouveau menu chaque semaine
La demande de nos clients fidèles est telle que nous devons adapter notre offre et décidons de proposer un menu de la semaine, au lieu de menu de la saison - 2019
Diner
En avril 2019, Yem'a Paris lance les diners. En fil conducteur pour ce menu, une envie de proposer de la junk food végétalienne façon Yem'a : avec des produits non transformés et une attention particulière à l'équilibre alimentaire. Pour les desserts, l'influence Londonienne se fait encore ressentir. Pour lancer l'offre du soir, Yem'a refait peau neuf et refait sa déco
